I hope you enjoyed the first round of Wonderland costumes! Here are the rest of my ideas for budget costumes done with things you'll actually wear again, so you aren't blowing your money on a one time time deal. If you're interested in an item, click on the picture and it should take you to where I found it. I do recommend checking out your closet, thrift stores, and local shops, too! There are separate slides for men and women.
You are going to need to invest in a pair of rabbit ears for this costume unless you know someone with a pair that you could borrow. The white rabbit is easily accomplished with a red top and white everything else. If you've got a statement watch lying around, it would be a great accessory! White, black, red, or metallic shoes would all work well. Separate slides here for men and women.
Ladies, please remember, if you're wearing white you need to wear nude undergarments! White on white shows through!
The dormouse is super cute and a great addition to a Wonderland group! Grey is your color of choice here. Yes, mice are brown, too, but I would steer away from that color so no one mistakes you for a monkey. Mouse ears are required for this costume, but everything else you should be able to "muggle wear" afterwards.
Queen of Hearts
Also known as the Red Queen, this character is all about her attitude! Obviously, you want to get as much red in as possible. I think it would be great fun to do a monochromatic (totally 100% shades of red) outfit if you can, but other colors you can incorporate are black, white, and metallics. Get sassy!
Sister to the Queen of Hearts, the White Queen is her much more kind and demure sister. This is another one that you want to try to keep ladylike. White, white, white, and white are the colors, obviously (OK, cream would work, too, if you mix it in)! The key to wearing all the same color is to mix up your textures.
